Janin went above and beyond expectations! Even though this was a first-time buy for us, you can tell when someone is just doing their job versus doing their job and truly cares about the customer journey. For example, as we were out-of-state buyers, she went out of her way to not just film the properties we were interested in, but to document the individual issues and provide her assessment of the residence, whether good or bad. When we were in the inspection phase, even though we waived contingencies, she went to bat for us on getting a roof replacement credit that saved us $7K! The truly endearing final touches was when we finally closed. Janin didn't just toss us the keys and say here you go bye, she delivered the keys in a golden box with a curated and customized gift basket for us! Janin took the time to really understand my needs and was so responsive to answer all my questions, texts and calls quickly.
